Walnuts ground to a creamy consistency (much like the way peanut
butter is made) and blended with creamed honey making a smooth
spreadable paste with no "crunch" when you eat it. This
is peanut butter and honey on steroids!

HONEY
Also called
spun honey – it is a spreadable honey made through a carefully
controlled granulation process. A lot of people like it because
it doesn't drip and since it stays in a nice creamy state indefinitely
– no worry about crystallization. The only caution - like
all of our creamed honey based products - is to keep it away from
extreme heat (over 95° F) or it can turn back into liquid.
That’s why we can’t ship any of our creamed honey
products during the hot summer months of June through September.

HUCKLEBERRY CREAMED HONEY
You’ll love this one of a kind flavor! It’s a mix of
a rather tart berry that grows wild in the Idaho mountains and our
Idaho Wildflower Honey. About the size of a blueberry, the huckleberry
flourishes in the higher altitudes under the shade of taller trees
up in the mountains of the northwest.
Use Huckleberry Cream Honey on toast, biscuits, muffins, waffles,
pancakes – or eat it right out of the box!
